TalentLMS lets you view and download survey results as Excel files to share in physical or digital form.
Here’s how:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as Administrator or Instructor and go to Reports (1) > Learning activities (2).
2. Open the survey unit (3) you’d like a report on.
Note: Use the Filter (4) option to narrow down the list to just survey units. |
3. Click Export in Excel (5) to download the report on your device.
4. Open the file and you’ll get:
a) An Overview of the survey questions and how user answers are distributed. Each answer corresponds to a number, e.g., 1, 2, 3.
b) Details on each submission by a user, including:
- The Names of the users who took the survey
- Their email addresses
- Their dates of completion
- The time each user spent completing the survey
- Which answers the users gave, based on the numbers that correspond to each of them, e.g., 1, 2, 3. For free-text questions, we display the entire replies.
- A View submission (6) link for each user, to review the submission in a web browser (no login to TalentLMS required).
