Whenever you create or edit a test unit, TalentLMS lets you view all the questions you have added to your courses so far and reuse any of them in your current test.
Here’s how to make the most out of your question base in a few steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Instructor, go to Courses, and click to edit the course you want to modify. The course editor page will open.
2. Click Add and, from the Learning Activities section, choose Test (1). Alternatively, select an existing test unit to edit it.
3. From the available question options, click Existing question (2).
Note: You can use the Search (3) option to search for a specific question or use the Filter (4) to narrow down the list and only show questions from a specific course. |
Note: Adding questions from other courses adds them to the specific test unit you’re creating or editing only. The questions are added to the test, not to the course itself, so they won't be available to select as unit completion questions. |
4. Add the questions to your test (5).
Note: To remove a question from your test, click Remove from test (6). Don’t click Delete (7) because this option deletes the question permanently (from the course and from the system altogether) |
5. Continue adding more question types (8) to the test or Publish (9) your unit.
Note: When editing an existing question, the changes will apply to all courses this question is part of. |
