With TalentLMS, you can host Instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, either as online webinars or in-person classes.
For in-person training, you can use a printable attendance sheet to track participant attendance—especially useful when a signature is required for compliance or regulatory purposes.
To customize and print your attendance sheet:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Instructor and go to the course that includes the ILT session.
2. Open the ILT unit (1), then click Manage users (2).
3. Click Print attendance sheet (3).
4. In the drawer that opens, you can:
- Select the columns you want to include (4)
- Rearrange their order (5)
The available columns are:
- Name
- Any custom user fields you've created
After finalizing your selection, click Print (6) to preview your attendance sheet in PDF format.
By default, the attendance sheet (7) includes:
- Full name of the participant
- Email address
- Space for signature
Click the download icon (8) to save the file as a PDF, or click the printer icon (9) to print it.
Note: For multi-day sessions, you can select the session you want (1) and print attendance sheets (2) for each session. |
