If you’ve set up multiple branches and groups to organize your training portal in TalentLMS, you can save time by assigning or removing a course from all branches or groups in one go.
Here’s how to add a course to all your branches or groups, in four simple steps:
1. Log in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator and navigate to Branches (or Groups, depending on what you're working with).
2. Click Mass actions (1) and then, choose whether you want to add or remove (2) a course from all branches (or groups).
3. In the window that opens, select which course (3) you want to add or remove.
4. Click Add (4)(or Remove) to apply your changes.
By following the steps above, you’ve efficiently updated all your branches or groups at once with just a few clicks.
