TalentLMS lets you turn off email communication for all non-essential emails and Notifications. These include:
- Emails sent through the Messages feature.
- Emails generated by Scheduled Reports.
- Notifications sent by the system, excluding System notifications.
|
Note: When a user is manually created by an Administrator and the Exclude from all non-essential emails and notifications option is enabled on their profile, or when users are created in bulk through an import file with Exclude-from-emails set to YES, they will not receive registration-related emails, since notifications such as On user create are included in the Notifications category. In such cases, we recommend that the Administrator manually creates a password for the user and shares the login credentials with them. |
Here’s how in a few steps:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator, and go to Users (1).
2. Open the profile of the user you want to exclude from automated emails, and select the Info (2) tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Exclude from all non-essential emails and notifications (3).
4. Click Save (4) to update the user profile.
