Exploring the advantages of the New TalentLMS UI over the Legacy version

The updated TalentLMS interface features a modern design, improved navigation, and advanced technologies, offering a fresh look with new features that help you create more captivating and engaging content with ease.

Here’s why it’s a great fit

  • TalentCraft: TalentCraft is our newest AI-powered unit type that lets you combine various elements—such as text, images, flashcards, and more—into a single unit, creating interactive content for your users.
  • Skills: The Skills feature enhances learning by helping users develop expertise in specific areas. Learners can acquire new skills or improve existing ones, boosting engagement, motivation, and performance.
    This AI-powered tool allows you to create tailored skills based on industry needs, supporting growth within your organization.
  • AI functionalities: Beyond TalentCraft and Skills, the new interface integrates AI-powered tools to help you create and improve content. Use AI for spellcheck, writing assistance, or quick translations, making content creation easier than ever.

Improvements in existing features

  • Advanced assignment options: Set time limits for assignments by defining a due date and end time or specifying a duration. Choose which reply methods learners can use.
  • Test questions: Generate AI-powered multiple-choice questions for test units.
  • Additional ILT options: Host Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions using any external tool and easily share the session URL with learners.
  • Learning activities report: View Test, Assignment, ILT, Survey, and SCORM reports all in one place for easier tracking and analysis.
  • Easier branch switching: Use the dedicated Branches button (1) to navigate between assigned branches and the main domain.

The new TalentLMS interface is continuously evolving, with exciting features on the way.
Look out for:

  • Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) integration – Connect TalentLMS with other learning systems.
  • LinkedIn Learning integration – Access LinkedIn Learning courses directly in TalentLMS.
Note: While most features from the Legacy interface have been transferred, the Infographics and CSS/JavaScript customization options are not available in the new interface. However, a new feature with advanced reporting options similar to Infographics will be introduced in the future.
