To help us build a better experience for you and your team, TalentLMS now includes a built-in feedback option for Admins and Instructors. When enabled, this feature allows you to quickly and easily share your thoughts on specific areas of the platform.
What is the feedback mechanism?
The in-app feedback mechanism is a pop-up tool that appears on selected screens, allowing you to submit a short comment directly to the TalentLMS team. You can use it to suggest improvements, highlight usability issues, or simply share what you like (or don’t like) about a page or a feature.
| Note: The feedback option is currently available only to Admins and/or Instructors, on selected domains and for specific time intervals. |
When does the feedback mechanism appear?
We choose when to gather feedback from specific TalentLMS portals and users (Admins, and/or Instructors). In addition, the feedback mechanism only appears if:
- The portal owner allows end-user communication from TalentLMS.
- The user has agreed to receive communications from TalentLMS and hasn't opted out.

Where does the feedback option appear?
When the option to provide feedback is available, you’ll see a small Feedback (1) option on the right side of your screen.
You might see the feedback option on the following pages:
- Home
- Users
- Courses
- Groups
- Branches
- Automations
- Notifications
- Reports
- Skills
- Settings
To submit your feedback in TalentLMS:
1. Click the Feedback (1) option when it appears on your screen.
2. In the pop-up drawer that opens, select the type of feedback (2) from the dropdown:
- Feature Suggestion
- Aesthetic Improvement
- Functionality Improvement
- Other
3. Write your comment (3) in the text box (up to 500 characters).
4. (Optional) If you’ve found a bug, click the Report it here (4) link to go to the Help Center and open a ticket with our Support team.

5. (Optional) Select the Don’t show this again (5) option if you don’t want to see the feedback prompt again during this feedback cycle.
6. When you're ready, click Submit (6) to send your feedback.
That’s it! Your feedback will be shared directly with our Product and UX teams to help guide future improvements.
| Note: If you choose Don’t show this again, the feedback option will be hidden for the rest of the current feedback cycle. It may reappear in the future if the mechanism is re-enabled for your domain. |
