A. Course and content creation

AI features can empower your course and content creation in various ways.

For courses:

• Create image and description (1): After creating a new course and adding a title, you can use AI to generate a course image and a description for your course.
• Write a description: If you have something more specific in mind, you can use a specific prompt to write the course description via the Quick insert (2) option.

For content:

• Create content from scratch: You can use the Quick insert (1) option to generate content with AI. After writing a prompt, AI will create the text content for you. Try to be as descriptive and specific as possible to get the best results.

• Improve and enhance existing content (2): You can highlight a piece of text and use AI to:
  - Improve writing: Improve your text by rephrasing it with greater information clarity.
  - Continue sentence: Continue your text by adding another sentence in the same context.
  - Fix spelling & grammar: Re-write your text with fixed spelling & grammar.
  - Make longer: Make your text longer.
  - Make shorter: Make your text shorter.
  - Translate: Translate your text into the selected language.
  - Change tone: Change the tone of your text to cater to specific audiences with Professional, Casual, Straightforward, Confident, or Friendly options, depending on your training needs.

• Create test questions (3): You can create multiple-choice questions for your test units with the help of AI.

• Add AI-generated captions to your videos (4): TalentLMS lets you generate captions for your videos using AI. 

B. Skills

The Skills feature lets you create new skills on your portal for Learners to develop and master.

Using AI in Skills, you can:

• Configure the AI Instructions (1): Provide details about your industry or specific requirements. Depending on that, the AI tool will create more accurate and targeted skills.

• Create a new Skill: When creating a new Skill, and after giving it a name, you can enable the ‘Fill with AI’ option to let AI create the new Skill for you. The AI will fill in the description, the image, the self-assessment question pool, the Related courses, and the External resources.
• Assign courses with AI: When editing or creating a Skill, you can use AI to automatically assign corresponding courses from your course list to this Skill.
• Talent Pool & Job pathfinder: Administrators can use the Talent Pool to search for users that would match a specific role. Instructors and Learners can use the Job pathfinder tool to search for Skills that would be required to match a specific role with the help of AI.

C. TalentCraft

TalentCraft units let you create high-quality interactive content with the help of AI.

More specifically, with TalentCraft, you can:

• Create AI-generated content from scratch: You can use prompts to create different types of content, such as:
  - Create a page about something
  - Write a text about something
  - Create an image
  - Create flashcards
  - Create a process
  - Create tabs
  - Create a multiple-choice question
• Improve text: Highlight existing text and improve it by fixing its spelling and grammar, translating, changing its tone, and more.
