TalentLMS lets you reset a user's progress in a learning activity when necessary. You can reset progress for individual users or multiple users at once. This functionality is available for all learning activity types, including:
To reset the progress of one user:
1. Sign in to your TalentLMS account as an Administrator or Instructor and go to Reports > Learning activities (1).
2. Search for the learning activity you're looking for (2).
Alternatively, click Filter (3) and select the appropriate activity type to narrow down the results.
3. Click the learning activity you want to manage (4).
4. Open the Users tab (5).
5. Locate the user whose progress you want to reset. Hover over the user and click Reset (6). This will delete any submission the user has made so far.
B. Reset progress for multiple users
After opening the relevant learning activity and navigating to the Users tab:
1. Select the users whose progress you want to reset by checking the box next to their names (1).
2. Click Mass actions > Reset (2).
The selected users' progress will be reset for the chosen learning activity.
| Note: The same process applies to all learning activity types. Simply search for the relevant activity and use the activity type filter, if needed, to find it more quickly. Keep in mind to use reset actions with caution, as they cannot be undone. User submissions are permanently deleted |
